Job Opportunity: Franchise Owner

  • Location: Flexible (operating in your city or region)

  • Salary: Indication: €10.000-€20.000 bruto per month, but depends on you:)

> Base salary guaranteed: €3.000 per month.

  • Working hours: 24-40 hours per week, flexible throughout the week/evening/weekend
  • Team: You will start the training and onboarding with 2 other franchise owners, so you can learn together. It’s possible to join as a couple or 2 friends to run the business together

Nina.care, one of Europe’s leading au pair agencies, is expanding its international network and is looking for entrepreneurial partners to start their own local franchise under our established brand.

As a Franchise Owner, you will run your own au pair agency in your region with full support from Nina.care’s central team, including tech, marketing, training, and legal compliance. You’ll have the freedom of entrepreneurship with the backing of a trusted, fast-growing brand.

Your Role as Franchise Owner

As a franchise partner, you will:

  • Set up and manage your own quality regional au pair agency under the Nina.care brand
  • Recruit, screen, and match host families and au pairs in your area
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, compliance, and onboarding support
  • Build long-term relationships with families and local communities
  • Leverage Nina.care’s platform, tools, and systems to scale your business
  • Be part of a supportive international franchise network and growth journey
  • Host lokal au pair events
  • Screening and quality reference checks of au pairs
  • Lokal marketing in your neighhbourhood: you know what festivals/ cafe’s are crucial to be

What We Look For

  • A people person with strong communication, organizational skills and focus on quality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Background in sales, recruitment, childcare, HR, economics/business or customer service is a plus
  • Fluent in English and the local language of your target market
  • Legally eligible to start and run a business in your region
  • Passion for international exchange and child well-being
