Automotive Industry 

We are currently hiring Dutch and Flemish speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join a premium automotive brand project. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service or sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.

1. Customer Experience Specialist (Flemish-speaking)

  • Location: Remote from Spain

  • Headcount: 2

2. Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking)

  • Location: Barcelona (Remote possible if based in Barcelona after training)

  • Headcount: 2

For the Dutch role, candidates must be located in Barcelona for the training period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience support for a premium automotive brand.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

  • Provide product information and assistance related to vehicles and services.

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (depending on the role).

  • Good level of English for internal communication.

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales.

  • Experience within luxury, premium, or automotive brands is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Working Hours: 39 hours/week

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
