Why this role
Instama is building an AI-driven platform that lets marketing teams create on-brand assets in minutes. We’re looking for a pragmatic full-stack developer who ships fast, owns quality, and uses AI tools as leverage, not novelty.
What you’ll do
- Own features end-to-end: design → build → ship → measure → iterate
- Set up and improve CI/CD (GitHub Actions), testing, and release automation
- Use AI agents (VS Code/Cursor) daily to accelerate development and refactoring
- Keep the stack clean: performance, observability, docs, and DX
- Collaborate tightly with design & product; give and receive actionable feedback
Must-haves
- 5+ years full-stack experience in production environments with Next.js, Supabase and Tailwind
- Strong with Git/GitHub, (P)NPM, Node.js, testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable using AI agents in your workflow (Cursor/VS Code, prompts, reviews)
- Product mindset: you care about outcomes, not just tickets
- Clear communication in English or Dutch
Nice-to-haves
- AWS Lambda / serverless patterns, edge runtimes
- Building MCP servers, Finetuning LLM’s, Developing custom AI Agents with tools.
- Basic observability (logs/metrics/traces) and security best practices
- Experience with design systems or marketing tech is a bonus
