Overview
As Global Brand Director Biosimilars, you lead the commercial success of next-gen biosimilars through cross regional launches. You partner with regions and functions to craft brand plans and campaigns, driving launch excellence and lifecycle management. You will influence development input and training, while building a strong internal network and shaping a high performing commercials team. This role offers impact at scale across US and Europe with a mission to improve patient access to advanced medicines.

Verantwoordelijkheden
- Design brand plans and campaigns for upcoming biosimilar launches in collaboration with regions and functions
- Lead cross-functional, cross-regional launch teams to finalize launch plans, metrics, and execution
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and drive lifecycle management initiatives to maximize commercial success
- Provide commercial input for development and lifecycle management programs and support training for marketing and sales
- Build and maintain a strong network with internal stakeholders and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimum 7 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with at least 3 years in commercial leadership (marketing and sales)
- Proven success in launching branded products internationally (EU5 or US preferred)
- Experience with digital marketing strategies
- Ability to lead global cross-functional teams and align across complex organizations
- Experience in biosimilars is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
