Position Summary:
FOH® Europe B.V is seeking an Order Entry & Customer Service Specialist to join our International Customer Service team. The International Sales & Customer Service Specialist is part of the International Sales & Customer Service Team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and optimizing partnerships with sales managers, business partners and other support departments through exceptional, solution-oriented service. The Specialist supports our vision by processing all orders, assisting with inquiries, and overseeing various administration within assigned accounts.

This role participates in our hybrid schedule
- Hybrid Schedule: Monday & Friday; 2 days working remotely. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 3 days working from our Netherlands showroom.
- Our showroom is located at Donkere Spaarne 22, Haarlem, The Netherlands, 2011 JG
Major Duties Include:
- Demonstrates high energy and ownership towards supporting the Field Sales Team (FST) and their corresponding accounts
- Oversees the internal account administration of a variety of international accounts and regions
- Resolves any issues in a timely manner as it relates to assigned accounts including returns, damages, purchase order discrepancies, etc.
- Accurately processes samples and orders via SAP Business One software for assigned accounts and helping with other accounts as needed
- Filters phone calls from the general queue, providing excellent customer service and information (e.g. inventory levels, pricing, product information, representation information, etc.)
- Coordinates VIP treatment of custom orders & special projects with minimum supervision from beginning to end
- Responds to all communications and inquires within 24 hours
- Works in tandem with other team members to ensure business partner efficiencies and results
- Assist with Shipping team with all export documentation
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams on special projects or orders to ensure order fulfillment
- Collects full pre-payment on all international orders, unless credit terms are pre-approved by Finance department
- Ensures all sales orders reflect accurate currency (USD, EUR, or GBP)
- Follow-up on shipment status and partner with our carriers on any shipment, duties, or taxation issues
- Translates any documentation or email conversations to English, as needed
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Actively participates and engages in all one-on-one and group meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interactions
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- College degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service in inside sales, administrative and/or field-related experience
- Experience with communicating fluently by email to customers/business partners in English
- Experience working with international shipments and export documentation requirements a plus
- Experience with cultural and business practices of European accounts
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel
- Familiar with Adobe Acrobat PDFs
- Familiar with ERP systems, SAP Business One preferred
