    Job Description
    As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be a crucial player in ensuring the technical reliability and availability of our production systems. Your role includes:

  • Creating and maintaining maintenance plans;
  • Handling CAPAs, deviations, and small tasks in change control;
  • Administering computerized systems (GAMP);
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on various systems;
  • Initiating and implementing improvements;
  • Ensuring and upgrading the reliability of pharmaceutical equipment;
  • Proposing adequate spare parts levels with management overview;
  • Documenting administrator procedures, technical installation procedures, and maintenance procedures;
  • Leading FMECA’s and criticality assessments, followed by managing relevant spare parts and executing training;
  • Leading reliability upgrades for aging machines and owning preventive and predictive maintenance plans;
  • Transforming to predictive maintenance and leading related initiatives;
  • Acting as an SME on engineering projects and changes while also serving as a maintenance engineer on the project team;
  • Managing all maintenance aspects in the enterprise (SAP) tool: SAP plant maintenance, SAP spare parts management;
  • Leading preventive maintenance excellence projects.
  • Qualifications
    Who are you? You preferably hold a BSc degree in engineering or a related field. Experience in a pharmaceutical environment, along with hands-on experience with SAP, cGMP, and GAMP, is highly beneficial. Fluency in English is essential. You are a solid and flexible team player with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-changing working environment with tight deadlines.
