Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Medior Sales Representative ready and eager to play a key role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless customer experience including making the best matches between your customer and candidates.
You will work closely with our team to optimize sales strategies and contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, guiding them through the sales process to convert leads into loyal customers.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong drive to achieve results.
