As a hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will work on a wide range of modern workplace, identity, security, and device-management projects. Your role – what you will do
- Microsoft 365 & Identity
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity lifecycle.
- Support hybrid identity (Active Directory + Entra ID).
- Implement Zero Trust principles across identity and access.
- Endpoint & Device Management
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- Manage MDM/MAM policies, compliance rules, Autopilot, and secure device onboarding.
- Standardize and automate device deployment and configuration.
- Security & Compliance
- Work with Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps) to improve threat protection.
- Support ISO 27001 processes through documentation, controls, and technical implementation.
- Contribute to data governance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention).
- Collaboration & Productivity
- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related M365 services.
- Troubleshoot issues across the M365 ecosystem and ensure a stable, secure environment.
- Automation & Documentation
- Use PowerShell and Graph API to automate tasks and enforce governance.
- Create clear technical documentation, runbooks, and end-user guides.

Your Experience & Skills – Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration
- Microsoft Entra ID (Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM)
- Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot, compliance)
- Microsoft Defender XDR
- Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention)
- Hybrid Active Directory environments
- Experience contributing to ISO 27001 processes (documentation, controls, technical implementation)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, devices, and cloud services
- Experience with PowerShell and automation
- Ability to create clear technical and end-user documentation

- You primarily work in our office in Halfweg. Working from home is limited, as we believe in the power of direct collaboration on-site.
