Onsite IT Support Engineer

Become an integral part of our team as an Onsite IT Support Engineer, providing top-notch technical assistance to our valued clients directly at their locations. You will be their go-to expert for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly, and keeping their technology running at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to tackle complex technical challenges and provide exceptional support.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
  • Analyze errors, maintain hardware, install/remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts through Active Directory.
  • Implement software and operating systems using SCCM or other deployment technologies, ensuring seamless integration and updates.
  • Meticulously document your problem-solving approach and solutions within a ticketing system, maintaining clear records for future reference.
  • Contribute to efficient asset management practices, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal utilization of IT resources.
  • Skills:

  • Proven experience in onsite support and proficiency in utilizing ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and a variety of software applications, demonstrating your versatility in diverse technical environments.
  • Expertise in Managed Print Service (MPS) and mobile phone configuration (Apple and Android) using tools like MS Intune, showcasing your ability to manage and support mobile workforces.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, enabling you to effectively address productivity and collaboration needs of our clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, allowing you to clearly and effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
