Overview
In this role you help drive the LOVA program, acting as the operational backbone to align cross-functional teams, maintain integrated plans, and provide governance and reporting to leadership. You will partner with global stakeholders to ensure disciplined execution, mitigate risks, and keep milestones on track. Verantwoordelijkheden
- Develop and maintain the integrated master program plan
- Coordinate cross-workstream activities and ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, and dependencies
- Monitor progress and identify deviations from deliverables
- Manage the program governance framework and calendar
- Coordinate Steering Committee, Program Review, and workstream meetings
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and status updates
- Monitor cross-workstream dependencies across regions
- Escalate risks to program leadership when necessary
- Ensure program reporting aligns with business case commitments
- Support governance interactions with strategic logistics partners and external consultants
- Track supplier deliverables and actions contributing to milestones
- Coordinate follow-up of cross-functional actions involving external parties
- Maintain program documentation, decision logs, action trackers, and governance records
- Ensure project documentation is stored per governance requirements
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 7-10 years in Program Management, PMO, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Consulting, or Operations
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or business change programs
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams
- Experience in project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
- Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or other regulated industries preferred
- Strong project and program management capabilities with planning and prioritization
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively within matrix organizations
