The opportunity
Overall accountable to provide consolidated industrial network and commercial region planning perspective, as well as to lead global owners for S&OE, S&OP and global constrain management processes.
A member of the Global Supply Planning Organization within SC, will work closely with its peers in GSC/GSP and Tech Pillars / Regional interfaces to ensure consistency and efficiency in the planning practices, in alignment with the GSC goals & targets.
Success in this role will be the achievement of balanced supply and demand across all global manufacturing segments leading to minimal stock outs and overstock situations. This will be accomplished through improvements in planning accuracy, adherence to supply chain S&OE / S&OP processes, timely monitoring and reviewing SC KPIs and strong allocations and constraints management. Furthermore, successful cross-functional collaboration between global supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams will be a key enabler for proactive resolution of planning issues. Success will be notably measured by ability to optimize service (CSL, OTIF) while managing cost effectively through the global processes – Inventory, W/O and GR’s.
How you’ll spend your day
S&OE / S&OP processes:
Provide consolidated industrial network planning perspective (e.g., load balancing across tech pillars / EMSO, constraints, etc.)
Supervise Global Process Owners of S&OP and S&OE processes orchestrating their execution: consolidate site SC and commercial SC inputs, facilitate regional/tech pillar/executive S&OE/P, identify outstanding business risks tied to industrial capacity constraints to be tackled in these forums and make trade-off decisions (incl. decision to escalate)
Optimize and drive processes excellence
Global Constraints & Allocations:
Plan and monitor the global allocations process and identify potential risks
Partner w. portfolio/other teams to mitigate risks & optimize allocation outcomes
Work closely with sites, markets and global portfolio to achieve optimization of resources and outcome for constrained cases
AOP / LRP / LBE :
Coordinate the AOP, LRP, and LBE process across manufacturing tech pillars, ensuring these processes align operational capabilities w. financial and strategic goals
Cross-functional coordination:
Manage interface with Tech pillars and Commercial regions, to ensure cross-functional processes and decision-making and align outcomes towards best Teva interest
Mentor & develop planning teams, and impulse SC community mindset
