- Conduct deep-dive discovery with high-security stakeholders to derive clear product priorities
- Define phased customer journey framework with operational models, readiness criteria, and governance for deployments
- Translate customer requirements into precise technical specs for Core Infrastructure and Engineering
- Synthesize common needs across clients to reduce redundant engineering
- Define reusable building blocks enabling edge/air-gapped deployments without bespoke variants
- Delineate core platform versus custom extensions and design hooks/interfaces for Professional Services and partners
Belangrijkste vereisten
- 6+ years in Technical Product Management for enterprise platforms, hybrid cloud, or complex infrastructure
- Experience engaging enterprise or government clients to elicit and formalize operational needs
- Proven track record productizing cloud-native platforms into customer-managed infra, VPCs, or air-gapped data centers
- Knowledge of enterprise hybrid patterns (AWS Outposts, Azure Stack, Kubernetes-based distributions like OpenShift) and infrastructure automation (Terraform/Vault)
- Ability to set boundaries between core roadmap and professional services extensions
- Detail-oriented with ability to map transitions, training milestones, and access handoffs
