One of our clients is looking for SIAM Manager/Stream Lead for a 12+ month contract in Haarlem, Netherlands. Must be Dutch Speaking and able to commute to the site a minimum of 2 days a week.

Purpose of the organization

Currently, the customer is developing a clear cloud outsourcing strategy, resulting in many generic IT services being provided by external suppliers. The core task of IT Operations is to ensure the correct execution of IT services by external suppliers in collaboration with business and chain partners.

The SIAM Manager/Stream Lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the SIAM services. The SIAM Manager contributes to the tactical steering within the client’s management team, directs the appointed strategic partners, and monitors the quality of the IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The SIAM Manager acts as a team leader and provides day-to-day management of the hybrid SIAM team. In collaboration with the Services Manager, the SIAM Manager formulates objectives for the SIAM Service and translates these objectives into concrete results and activities.
  2. The SIAM Manager focuses on cooperation, trust, and results, both within the SIAM team and with the Service Managers (PO Services) as well as with other strategic partners.
  3. The SIAM Manager reports on the results of the team and is accountable to the client.
  4. The HR responsibility for the employees in the hybrid team lies with the client, with the career manager of the SIAM employee engaging with the senior delivery manager and the SIAM Manager for input on the personnel cycle.
