Coffee Machine Service Assistant – Haarlem

That’s you.
MAAS is looking for a Coffee Machine Service Assistant in Haarlem. You will work at one fixed customer location and make sure the coffee facilities are clean, well-stocked and working properly every day.
You don’t need previous experience with coffee machines. If you work carefully, can work independently and enjoy practical, hands-on work, we’ll teach you the rest.
What are you going to do?
You make sure employees and visitors can always enjoy a good cup of coffee. Your responsibilities include:
– Refilling coffee machines and replenishing supplies;
– Cleaning the machines;
– Checking that everything is working properly;
– Adjusting the machines when necessary;
– Solving minor technical issues;
– Keeping your work area clean and tidy;
– Maintaining good contact with the customer on site.
You will work according to a clear daily schedule.

As a Coffee Machine Service Assistant, you are an important part of that service. You are the person who makes sure the machine works, the supplies are stocked and the customer is happy.
What do we ask?
You are someone who likes to make sure everything is well organised and properly taken care of. You:
– Work independently and carefully;
– Consider hygiene and cleanliness important;
– Are friendly and present yourself professionally;
– Take a practical approach to solving minor problems;
– Are able to obtain a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
– Are willing to undergo a customer screening;
– Have a VCA certificate, or are willing to obtain one.
